- Where's my book?
- Track it from Your orders. Production typically takes 5–10 business days, plus shipping.
- My hero doesn't look right
- You can regenerate the cover up to three times before paying. After payment, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
- Refunds
- Books are made-to-order. We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or printed incorrectly — see our terms.
- Privacy
- Photos are used only to make your book. See our privacy policy.
